For more than twenty years, I have observed how properties influence the way people feel, connect, and respond.
Some properties immediately feel open, settled, and naturally inviting.
Others may be beautifully designed, carefully prepared, and visually impressive, yet something about the experience does not fully represent the property at its best.
Often, people sense this difference long before they can explain why.
My work developed from recognising this subtle relationship between a property and the people who experience it.

THE BEGINNING
Where This Work Began
More than 20 years ago, an experience within my own family home changed the way I understood the relationship between people and properties.
At the time, we were experiencing something within the home that traditional approaches had not been able to resolve.
A specialist was brought in, and the noticeable change that followed opened my curiosity about the relationship between properties and the experiences people have within them.
I began to realise that many people were describing similar experiences, often sensing something within a property long before they understood what it was.
That experience began years of study, observation, and private work with homes, estates, businesses, and significant properties around the world.
Over time, those experiences developed into the Private Property Harmonisation approach I use today.
The purpose has remained the same:
to reveal the natural harmony already present within a property.
